ISOform Sync — End-User License Agreement

This agreement governs use of ISOform Sync ("the application"), a private internal application owned and operated by Leerform LLC ("Leerform"), a New York limited liability company.

1. Internal use only

The application is built for Leerform's own operations. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available to the public or to any other business. The only QuickBooks Online company it connects to is Leerform's own. Permitted users are Leerform employees and contractors acting within the scope of their work.

2. What the application does

The application reads estimate, invoice, and payment records from Leerform's QuickBooks Online company file and copies those that carry a Leerform job reference into Leerform's internal job-management system. Its handling of that information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

3. Read-only operation

The application does not create, modify, or delete any record in QuickBooks Online. It has no capability to do so.

4. Ownership

Leerform retains all right, title, and interest in the application, including its source code and design. No license to redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works is granted to anyone.

5. No warranty

The application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Leerform does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it copies will be complete or accurate. QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative record for all financial information.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leerform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to the application.

7. Suspension and termination

Leerform may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time, without notice. Authorization can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online under Apps → Manage.

8. Third-party services

The application relies on services operated by Intuit Inc. and Google LLC. Use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Leerform is not responsible for their availability or performance.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
